Recipe Notes and Variations

  • Make a Pie: Make this into a pie by filling a pre-made graham cracker crust, garnish with additional whipped cream and strawberries.
  • Springform Pan: Double the graham crackers measurement and crush into fine crumbs and mix with 2 tablespoons of melted butter and press into a springform pan. Make the cheesecake filling doubling or tripling the ingredients. Spread over crust and chill for 4 hours or over night. Top with one pound sliced strawberries.
  • Fresh Berries: Use any fresh berries, sliced peaches or your favorite fresh fruit to top this no bake cheesecake recipe.
  • Frozen Strawberries: Use frozen strawberries to make a strawberry puree. Layer puree, strawberry sauce or homemade jam also makes a great layer for a tasty strawberry swirl with the creamy cheesecake filling.
  • Storage: Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator up to 2 days.
  • Make Ahead: After making the cheesecake filling, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days. Use the creamy cheesecake filling to make the layered no bake cheesecakes with real strawberries just before serving.
