When the weather gets chilly outside, warm cocktails are my favorite. Boozy hot chocolate is perfect for warming up around the fire. You might also like a mug of peppermint hot chocolate or a mudslide coffee.
Raspberry Hot Chocolate ~ Warm Dessert Cocktail
This decadent raspberry hot chocolate is easy enough to make anytime you are craving a dessert cocktail and can also be made into a large batch for holiday entertaining.
Ingredients Needed:
- Whole Milk
- Chocolate Syrup
- Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
- Light Rum
- Sweetened Whipped Cream
- Shaved Chocolate
How to Make Raspberry Hot Chocolate Cocktail:
- Add milk and chocolate syrup to a saucepan.
- Whisk to combine.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often until heated through.
- Add Chambord and rum to each mug.
- Top with hot chocolate and stir to combine.
- Add sweetened whipped cream and shaved chocolate to garnish if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Double the recipe as needed to make a large batch and can be kept warm in a crock pot set to warm for parties.

- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 4 ounces Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
- 2 ounces light rum
- sweetened whipped cream - optional for garnish
- shaved chocolate -optional garnish
Instructions
- Add milk and chocolate syrup to a saucepan and whisk until combined. Cook over medium heat, stirring until heated through.
- Add 1 ounce of raspberry liqueur and 1/2 ounce of rum to each mug.
- Top with hot chocolate and stir to combine.
- Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate if desired.
Notes
