How to Make Creamy Cucumber Salad:
- Wash cucumbers and dry thoroughly. Slice in about ¼ inch thick slices. Place in a serving bowl.
- Slice red onions into small pieces and add to serving bowl.
- Mix dressing together in another bowl and pour over cucumbers and onion. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate one hour before serving.

- 4 cups sliced cucumbers
- ⅓ cup sliced red onion
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
