I often say that sauces could be their own food group at our house, so much that we even owned our own BBQ sauce business back in the days before we were food bloggers. We are constantly coming up with new flavor combinations and each one seems to be my new favorite. We’ve been making Outback sauce for ages and finally wrote it down to share.

Favorite Dipping Sauces:

  • Homemade Barbecue Sauce is so good that we put it on everything, especially grilling recipes.
  • Burger Sauce is another favorite that is like a kicked up version of McDonald’s secret sauce. It’s good on fries too!
  • Honey Mustard Sauce is one of our go-to dipping sauces for air fryer chicken tenders, tater tots and fries.
  • Cocktail Sauce is great for seafood and hushpuppies and is another favorite to make with horseradish.

    1. You should try half and half of Thousand Island dressing and Horseradish Sauce it’s so close and no hassle.

  1. Do you know the batter sauce for the onion petals or the bloomin onion batter I mean and do you know the ingredients for the outback steaks

  2. I love this sauce! I use it for onion rings, curly fries, shrimp, chicken tenders…etc. This is the best recipe I’ve found and use it all the time. Occasionally I’ll add a pinch of cayenne pepper.

  3. I had leftover bloomin onion from Outback and no sauce. I made this with Tarragon instead of Oregano and it was better than the restaurant!!!! Yum

  4. Not bad. A little heavy on the mayo and in a taste comparison I don’t think there’s cumin in the Outback sauce. It can be a good sauce for other things like sweet potato fries, buffalo cauliflower, etc.

  5. We love this on burgers, chicken sandwiches, onion rings, fries – you name it and it’s delicious!!!

  6. I use this bloomin’ onion sauce for everything, even potato chips. We don’t have an Outback around so this works so well for us.
