Bacon Beer Cheese Dip

Bacon Beer Cheese Dip is a rich and creamy cheese spread that makes a great party snack or addition to your holiday charcuterie boards. A classic combination everyone’s favorite flavors of bacon, beer & cheese. Serve it up with pretzels, chips or crackers.

  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Cream Cheese
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Brown Mustard
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Beer
  • Bacon
  • Toasted Walnuts or Parsley for Garnish

How to Make Bacon Beer Cheese Dip:

Food processor with chunks of cream cheese, cheddar cheese and spices

  • Cut cheddar cheese into chunks and place in a food processor with cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, brown mustard, salt and pepper.

  • Pulse food processor for about 30 seconds, turn to low speed and drizzle in beer, continue to process about 1 minute. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and continue to process until smooth.

  • Sprinkle in bacon and pulse a few times to combine.

  • Pour cheese dip in a bowl and garnish with chopped walnuts or parsley.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

How to Store Bacon Beer Cheese Dip:

If stored in an airtight container, bacon beer cheese dip will stay fresh in the refrigerator up to 10 days.

Bring to room temperature before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese cut into 1/2 inch chunks
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup beer we used Bud Light
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons brown mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts or fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Place cheddar cheese into chunks and place in a food processor with cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, brown mustard, salt and pepper. 
  • Pulse food processor for about 30 seconds, turn to low speed and drizzle in beer, continue to process about 1 minute.
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl and continue to process until smooth. Sprinkle in bacon and pulse a few times to combine.
  • Pour cheese dip in a bowl and garnish with chopped walnuts or parsley. 
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
