Salted Caramel Mudslide Fudge ~ Easy No Bake Treat

Fudge is the perfect homemade treat to make and share. This chocolate fudge is ultra creamy and with delicious flavors of Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlua Coffee Liqueur and rich salted caramel. It’s an irresistible candy that is so simple to make at home.

Ingredients Needed:

  • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Baileys Irish Cream
  • Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
  • Dulce de Leche Caramel
  • Flake Sea Salt

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, add chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, Baileys and Kahlua.

  • Place over medium-low heat and cook, stirring often until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

  • Line an 8 x 8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Pour half of chocolate mixture into the dish.

  • Dollop half of caramel over chocolate.

  • Swirl caramel with a knife.

  • Top with remaining chocolate.

  • Swirl the caramel into the chocolate.
  • Sprinkle with flake salt.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Recipe Notes:

  • Yield: 32 Servings
  • Storage: Fudge should be wrapped tight in plastic wrap or in an air tight container and kept in the refrigerator. Store up to 4 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.
  • Variations: Carmel dessert topping or melted caramel squares can be substituted for the dulce de leche. Toasted pecans can be added to the fudge for a crunchy texture.

  1. I made this but it came out softer than expected. It set up and everything but retained more moisture than my normal, non-alcoholic fudges. Is this normal or did I botch something?

      I suppose it might just be a bit “softer” than normal fudge but it could also be the humidity in the air. I hope you enjoy it.
