Salted Caramel Mudslide Fudge is easy to make with just a few ingredients and makes a decadent no bake treat for Christmas or any occasion. Only 10 minutes to prepare and no candy thermometer needed.
In a saucepan, add chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, Baileys and Kahlua.
Place over medium-low heat and cook, stirring often until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Line an 8 x 8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
Pour half of chocolate mixture into the dish.
Dollop half of caramel over chocolate.
Swirl caramel with a knife.
Top with remaining chocolate.
Dollop remaining caramel over chocolate.
Swirl the caramel into the chocolate.
Sprinkle with flake salt.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Slice fudge into bite size pieces.
Notes
Storage: Fudge should be wrapped tight in plastic wrap or in an air tight container and kept in the refrigerator. Store up to 4 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.
