Grilled Pork Chops with bacon and rosemary

How to Make Maple Glazed Pork Chops:

  • Set Niman Ranch Uncured Bacon and Rosemary Wrapped Pork Chops on counter to rest 30 minutes before cooking.

  • Pour maple syrup into a small saucepan.

  • Add granulated garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika, kosher salt and fresh rosemary and whisk to combine. 

Drizzling maple glaze

  • Cook over medium- high heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes, whisking often. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Glaze will be thick enough to coat the spoon.

  • Place pork chops on a plate or baking sheet. 
  • Brush over all sides of pork chops. 
  • Prepare grill or oven to 350°.

  • Grilling: place pork chops of flame and sear 2 minutes. Move to indirect heat. Brush with any excess glaze. 
  • Baking: place on a baking sheet and brush with excess glaze.

  • Cook for 22-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 145°.

Ingredients

  • 4 Niman Ranch Uncured Bacon Wrapped with Rosemary Pork Loin Chops
  • 4 oz pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary

Instructions

  • Set Niman Ranch Uncured Bacon and Rosemary Wrapped Pork Chops on counter to rest 30 minutes before cooking.
