Grilled BBQ Pork Chops
If you are looking for a quick weeknight dinner, grilled boneless pork chops are the answer. No time for a marinade? No problem, these pork chops are brushed with Dr Pepper Barbecue Sauce and topped with pineapple and full of flavor. They are tender and delicious every time.
How to Make Grilled BBQ Pork Chops:
- Drizzle olive oil over pork chops and season with garlic, salt and pepper. Tenderize with a large tined fork.
- Prepare grill to a medium- hot fire, about 350°.
- Place pork chops on grill and cook about 5 minutes, flip and brush with barbecue sauce.
- Add pineapple slices to the grill over indirect heat.
- Flip pork chops again and brush with barbecue sauce. Cook until internal temperature is 145°.
- Remove from grill and top with pineapple slices.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Can you bake these pork chops?
If you are not able to grill, you can bake pork chops in the oven on a sheet pan at 350° for about 12-15 minutes. Brush with barbecue sauce on both sides about half way through. Internal temperature should be 145°. Add pineapple slices for about the last 5 minutes.

- 6 boneless pork chops

- Get grill prepared to a medium- hot fire, about 350°.
- Add pork chops to grill and cook about 5 minutes, flip to sear both sides and brush with Dr Pepper Barbecue sauce.
- Place pineapple slices on the grill over indirect heat.
- Flip pork chops coating with barbecue sauce.
- Cook until internal temperature is 145°.
- Remove from grill and top with pineapple slices.
- Allow pork chops to rest 5 minutes before serving.
