Tri-Tips with Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Tri-Tips with Garlic Butter Mushrooms is a gourmet meal for special occasions and holiday dinners. Tender and juicy steaks topped with sautéed mushrooms for a restaurant quality steak dinner made easily at home.

Tri-Tip steaks are cut from the bottom of the sirloin and can be found as a roast or cut into individual steaks. There’s only one of these cuts per beef so they are sometimes hard to find. It’s an affordable cut with great taste, so we always pick them up when we spot them.
