Recipe Tips and Tricks:

Use real butter and salted butter is best. If you only have unsalted butter, add 1/4 teaspoon salt to the butter and garlic mixture.

If you want more flavor, stir 1 tablespoon of Mediterranean Seasonings or Italian Seasonings in with the butter.

For soft garlic bread, wrap the baking sheet with foil before baking and skip the broiling at the end.

Use a microplane grater for the garlic. This will give you the most garlic flavor without having chunky bits of garlic in your butter.

Buy several loaves of bread from the bakery and freeze one to have on hand. Bread will thaw quickly at room temperature for toasting.
