Ingredients Needed
- Strawberries~ Fresh and frozen.
- Sugar
- Water
- Sparkling Wine ~ Chilled.
Step By Step Directions
STEP 1 Make the strawberry purée:
- Add frozen strawberries to a blender with sugar and water.
- Blend until smooth.
STEP 2 Pour purée into a jar.
STEP 3 Spoon purée into champagne glasses.
STEP 4 Fill glasses with sparkling wine.
STEP 5 Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Make Ahead: Strawberry purée can be made ahead and stored the refrigerator a day in advance or in a freezer container up to 3 months.
Best Sparkling Wine for Mimosas: We are using Barefoot Bubbly Moscato Spumante, Martini and Rossi Asti works well too and both are pretty affordable.
Occasions: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Anniversaries, date night, bridal showers and wedding receptions.
Make for a Crowd: Double the strawberry purée for each bottle of sparkling wine.
