How to Make Spiked Apple Cider:

  1. Fill an old fashioned glass about 3/4 full of ice. 
  2. Add black spiced rum, apple cider and top with ginger ale. Mix well. 
  3. Garnish with a fresh apple slice and serve. 

Spiked Apple Cider makes a great holiday cocktail for Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving dinners. It’s also easy to keep the ingredients on hand for last minute guests.

I always try to have a special drink or party punch for all of our family get togethers and holidays. I like to mix up a big batch and everyone can help themselves. I always make something special for the kids and anyone who isn’t up for a cocktail. 

Party drinks can be super simple and a great addition to your holiday meal or party menu. Many of my cocktails and party punch recipes only have three ingredients! Now that’s easy.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Black Spiced Rum
  • 3 ounces apple cider
  • 4 ounces ginger ale
  • crushed ice
  • fresh apple slices for garnish - optional

Instructions

  • Fill glasses about half way with ice.
  • Add 1 1/2 ounces black spiced rum, 1 1/2 ounces apple cider, and top with ginger ale.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Garnish with apple slices if desired.

Notes

Double as needed for a large batch.
