Piña Colada Wine Punch

I went a little Piña Colada crazy after whipping up a batch of the classic cocktails and also created this Piña Colada Wine Punch for parties. It has all of those classic pineapple and coconut flavors mixed with sweet moscato wine for one heck of a refreshing party punch.

Ingredients for Pina Colada Wine Punch

How to Make Piña Colada Wine Punch: How to Make Pina Colada Wine Punch collage

  1. Blend pineapple juice, coconut milk, simple syrup and lime juice together in a blender.
  2. Pour wine into a large pitcher and top with pineapple mixture and ginger ale.
  3. Stir well and serve immediately over ice.
  4. Garnish with maraschino cherries if desired.

How to Make Simple Syrup:

Mix equal parts sugar and boiling water together until dissolved. Chill until ready to mix cocktails. Simple Syrup will last up to two weeks in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

If you are making this punch ahead, you will need to stir it well before serving. The coconut milk will want to separate and rise to the top.

If you would like to make this a wine slushie cocktail, simply freeze the mixture into cake pan for about 6-8 hours. Scrape with a fork and place in a zip top freezer baggie to store or serve immediately.
