What is Slaw Mix?

Slaw mix is pre-shredded cabbage and shredded carrots packaged in a plastic bag for making cabbage salad, stir fry and more. Find it near the other bagged salads in the produce section of the grocery store. It’s a time saver that I often utilize for busy weeknights. Use a head of cabbage and whole carrots and shred yourself if you prefer.
