This easy no bake dessert reminds me a lot of a no bake cheesecake, it’s light and perfect for a hot summer day. It would be a great addition to your next cookout or get together with friends.

I found this lime chiffon dessert recipe from Taste of Home and switched out the lime jello for lemon and made it into a cheesecake instead of bars. If you don’t have a springform pan, a 9 X 13 will work just fine.

  1. Hello, I have a package of strawberry flavored jello in the pantry. Will the recipe work if I swap strawberry instead of the lemon?

    1. Hi Veronica,
That will work, it’s actually been on my list to make with strawberry and peach jello. I hope you enjoy it!
