No Bake Desserts are my favorite for summer and this one is absolutely amazing. One of the best desserts that I have ever made. It is creamy and full of lemon flavor and just downright delicious. We also love this Lemon Blueberry Tiramisu for holidays and celebrations.

This easy no bake dessert reminds me a lot of a no bake cheesecake, it’s light and perfect for a hot summer day. It would be a great addition to your next cookout or get together with friends.

I found this lime chiffon dessert recipe from Taste of Home and switched out the lime jello for lemon and made it into a cheesecake instead of bars. If you don’t have a springform pan, a 9 X 13 will work just fine.

  1. Hello, I have a package of strawberry flavored jello in the pantry. Will the recipe work if I swap strawberry instead of the lemon?

    1. Hi Veronica,
That will work, it’s actually been on my list to make with strawberry and peach jello. I hope you enjoy it!
