Malibu Pineapple
Ingredients
- 1 pineapple peeled, cored and cut into spears
- 1 ½ cups Malibu Rum (coconut rum)

- 8 ounces Sprite or club soda
- ice
- fresh mint optional garnish
Instructions
- Place pineapple spears into a wide mouth jar.
- Pour Malibu rum over the top, completely covering the pineapple spears.
- Cover with an airtight lid and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
- Enjoy the rum soaked pineapples as an adult snack or cocktail garnish.
for Cocktails
- Fill glasses with ice. Top each with 2 ounces of rum from the pineapple jar and top with Sprite.
