We make Brisket Tacos, Brisket Nachos, Brisket Taquitos, Brisket Queso and Brisket Sliders and now I can add Brisket Jalapeño Poppers to the list. If you are wondering what you can make with leftover brisket, I have you covered!

If jalapeños poppers are one of your favorites, you’ll have to give my Doritos Chicken Jalapeño Poppers a try along with this delicious Jalapeno Popper Cheese Ball. If you are a fan of the sweet and spicy combination, my Jalapeño Barbecue Bacon is a must-try!

How to make the bacon crispy on jalapeño poppers:

I like to cook and crumble the bacon and add it to the top of these jalapeño poppers instead of wrapping the poppers in bacon. The bacon stays crispy this way but you can also wrap the stuffed poppers in bacon before baking.
