Ingredients for Ground Beef Enchiladas

  • Ground Beef – We like lean ground beef – use what you have on hand.
  • Kosher Salt

How to Make Easy Ground Beef Enchiladas

  1. Cook the Ground Beef – Place a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if necessary.
  2. Sauté the Veggies – Add olive oil to the skillet with browned ground beef, stirring in diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally until vegetables are softened.

    • 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef

    Instructions
