I love Boursin Cheese but it’s not available at my local grocery store, so I made my own version that is even better.

- Make the homemade Boursin: Add cream cheese, butter, grated Parmesan cheese, granulated garlic, dried dill, dried thyme, onion powder, salt and pepper to a shallow dish like a pie plate. Mash together with a fork until well combined.

Ingredients

- ½ cup butter softened
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese finely grated
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons granulated onion
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- ½ cup fig jam or preserves
- ¼ cup pistachios chopped
- crackers for serving
Instructions
- Add cream cheese, butter, grated Parmesan cheese, granulated garlic, dried dill, dried thyme, onion powder, salt and pepper to a shallow dish like a pie plate. Mash together with a fork until well combined.
