We love Irish coffee and have even made our own homemade Baileys Irish Cream. Adding Irish Cream to a chocolate milkshake makes the most amazing flavor combination that everyone will love.

Baileys Chocolate Milkshake ~ Irish Cream Shake

If you love Baileys Irish Cream, this is a must-try dessert. A Baileys shake only takes about 5 minutes to prepare and it’s going to be your new favorite for those sweet treat cravings with a kick!

Ingredients Needed:

  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Chocolate Ice Cream
  • Baileys Irish Cream
  • Sweetened Whipping Cream
  • Maraschino Cherries

How to Make Baileys Chocolate Milkshakes:

  • Set ice cream out to soften slightly, about 10 minutes.

  • Drizzle glasses with chocolate syrup.

  • Add ice cream and Baileys Irish Cream to a blender.

  • Blend for about 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.

  • Pour into glasses.

  • Top with whipped cream. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with a maraschino cherry.

This will make 2 small milkshakes or 1 large milkshake.

HOW TO MAKE AHEAD:

To make ahead, pour into mason jars and seal with a lid. Freeze up to 3 months.

Baileys Chocolate Milkshakes are a quick and easy frozen dessert cocktail that is a delicious way to enjoy any day of the week.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 cups chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • sweetened whipped cream
  • maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Soften ice cream slightly by sitting it out for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Drizzle glasses with chocolate syrup.
  3. Scoop 2 cups of ice cream and place in a blender with 1/2 cup Baileys.
  4. Blend until smooth about 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream, drizzle with more chocolate syrup and top with a cherry.

Notes

Milkshakes can be made ahead and frozen in mason jars with lids up to 3 months. Thaw slightly to serve.
