<h2>How to Make Creamy Cucumber Salad:</h2>
<ol>
<li>Wash cucumbers and dry thoroughly. Slice in about 1/4 inch thick slices. Place in a serving bowl.</li>
<li>Slice red onions into small pieces and add to serving bowl.</li>
<li>Mix dressing together in another bowl and pour over cucumbers and onion. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate one hour before serving.</li>

<h3>How to Store Cucumbers:</h3>
<p>Cucumbers are one of those veggies that perish rather quickly. They say they are best kept at room temperature but I find that they last a little longer in the refrigerator. I like to keep them in a small basket on the shelf, towards the front. The back or the bottom of the refrigerator will be too cold and will make your cucumbers mushy.</p>
