Recipe Notes

  • Serving Suggestions: Serve pickle dip with potato chips, tortilla chips, crackers or any crisp vegetables.
  • Pickle Varieties: Pickle dip is usually made with dill pickles but we really like the addition of bread and butter pickles for more flavor in this dip. Use any type you have on hand, whole pickles or sliced will work.
  • Variations: Make it spicy by adding 1 tablespoon of chili flakes or 1 -2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper.
  • Storage: Store pickle dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.

This pickle dip was a huge hit with our family. We are divided on sweet pickles versus dill pickles so we usually include both for making this creamy dip or when we are making fried pickles.
