Nutter Butter Brownies

Nutter Butter Brownies are a doctored up brownie mix filled with chunks of chocolate and Chunks of Nutter Butter Cookies. An easy dessert for any occasion and loved by all!

Chocolate and peanut butter is one of the absolute best dessert combos and Peanut Butter Cup Brownies are another easy easy dessert that we can’t resist.

Nutter Butter Brownies ~ Triple Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies

Using a box brownie mix to make an epic dessert is one of my favorite shortcuts. These fudgy chocolate brownies are loaded with crunchy chunks of peanut butter cookies for a rich and delicious dessert. 

Ingredients Needed:

  • Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • Eggs
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Brewed Coffee or Water
  • Nutter Butter Cookies

How to Make Nutter Butter Brownies:

  • Coarsely chop the Nutter Butter Cookies.

  • In a mixer bowl, add the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil and the brewed coffee (or water).
  • Mix at low speed until ingredients are incorporated and then raise to medium speed, mixing for 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides and bottom and continue to mix 30 seconds. 
  • Fold in the chopped Nutter Butter cookies.

  • Grease a 9 x 13 pan with a bit of vegetable oil or non stick cooking spray.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the pan and spread evenly. 
  • Bake for 40- 45 minutes.

  • Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. 
  • Cool completely before slicing and serving.

How to Store Brownies:

  • Cover cooled brownies with plastic wrap and store at room temperature up to 4 days. Brownies will stay fresher if they are uncut. Refrigerate to store up to 7 days.
  • Freeze brownies in a vacuum sealed bag or 2 layers of plastic wrap and a layer of foil for up to 3 months.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (20 ounces each) Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil + more to grease the pan
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee or water
  • 24 Nutter Butter Cookies. coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixer bowl, add the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil and the brewed coffee (or water).
