Frozen Peach Margaritas are the perfect refreshing cocktail. Simple and easy with just a few ingredients, perfect for parties and weekend get togethers with friends.
Margaritas are always a party favorite and this frozen cocktail is a great twist on the classic with sweet, frozen peaches, orange juice, lime and tequila.
Frozen Peach Margaritas
A few years back my folks brought me a ton of fresh peaches from Arkansas. I made tons of cobblers and froze the rest of them. I made peach smoothies with most of the frozen peaches and they were my favorite.
One day, just for fun, I decided to add a little tequila to my peach smoothie and it was the best idea ever!
Just like my Pineapple Margaritas and Classic Margaritas, these Frozen Peach Margaritas just have a few simple ingredients. If you haven't tried my Strawberry Margarita or Easy Blackberry Margaritas, add them to your list!
How to Make Frozen Peach Margaritas:
Add frozen peaches, ice, orange juice, lime juice and honey to a blender and blend until smooth. Rub the edge of the glass with a lime slice and dip in coarse salt (I used Black Lava Salt) or coarse sugar. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh limes.
I'm hoping this last crazy cold snap did hurt the peach trees this year. I have my heart set on a box or two! Please tell me that we are really done with the cold now. I'm so ready for warm weather.
Warm weather, swimming pool time and Frozen Peach Margaritas, sounds perfect doesn't it? I am looking forward to grilling on the weekends and having everyone over.
I really want to do some outside projects this spring. I want to get some big flower pots for the porch and I really need to paint the front door. I can't decide what color to paint it. Right now it's white or actually more mud colored thanks to our dogs.
Maybe I should paint it the color of the mud. I'm just not sure, but I am determined to plant flowers. Forever ago, I was really into flower gardening. I had beautiful rose bushes, tiger lillies, and the biggest vinca ever.
Then we moved to Wyoming and flower beds were near impossible. Since we have moved back to Oklahoma, I just haven't taken the time to get back into it.
Hopefully this summer, I can at least get some pretty flowers on the porch. Garden goals and fruity cocktails, I got this.
Helpful Tools for Margaritas:
Of course if you are more into smoothies than cocktails or if you have kids - this is still totally amazing without the tequila! My kids love the peach smoothies and I make them often for breakfast. Just to be clear - Smoothies for breakfast, not Margaritas, right? Right!
If you love peaches as much as I do, this Peach Old Fashioned is another must-try cocktail for summer!

can I sub another type of juice instead of OJ? my husband can't have OJ...if so, what would you suggest?
Milisa
Hi Heather,
You could use peach juice, mango or white grape juice and still have a great Peach Margarita. I hope you enjoy them!

I love margaritas
Caroline
This was delicious! But my honey all sank to the bottom of the blender and didn't get mixed in. I think I'll omit it next time.
Milisa
Hi Caroline,
If your peaches are sweet, you don't have to have it 🙂

These were fantastic on a hot day!
Replaced the honey with Agave syrup, which I added to the top once the blender was whirling. So, SO good! Thanks for this recipe!
Cara
Don't judge (lol) but 2 oz of Tequila seems light compared to the rest of the ingredients listed in the recipe. Am I missing something? Would make a good low ABV though!
Analeeana
How many glasses is this supposed to make? I agree on the low tequila amount. No judging
Milisa
Hi Analeeana,
It makes 2 glasses and you can always add a more tequila to your liking.

SANDRA GILBEATH
2oz tequila is not very much for
12oz of water and
1 cup ice not and dont forget 2 cups frozen peaches
did you mean 12oz tequila?
Milisa
Hi Sandra,
You can certainly add more tequila. I went light on these drinks but I usually figure about 2 ounces per drink. I hope that helps.
