Peanut Butter Caramel Milkshakes – a tasty ice cream treat just made with peanut butter lovers in mind  for #MilkshakeWeek.

Peanut Butter Caramel Milkshakes from Miss in the Kitchen for #MilkShakeWeek

Since moving to Oklahoma we often enjoy a run to Sonic or Braum’s for a big frosty milkshake and peanut butter is always my pick.  I jazzed these peanut butter shakes with caramel and they were nothing short of delectable and really it’s hard to beat a homemade shake!

Peanut Butter Caramel Milkshakes for #milkshakeweek

Peanut Butter-Caramel Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cups peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add softened vanilla ice cream, milk and peanut butter to a blender and blend until smooth. Drizzle about 1 tablespoons of caramel into each glass. Fill half way with milkshake and drizzle with about another tablespoons of caramel, fill with remaining shakes. Garnish with whipped cream and remaining caramel.
  2. Serve immediately.

Well, peanut butter and caramel are my two most favorite ingredients. So this needs to happen in my life.

This sounds absolutely lovely! I’ve just recently discovered peanut butter. I always thought I didn’t like it but now I know that I do. Especially in combination with some caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. It looks soooo delicious! :) Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe!
