What is a jelly roll pan?

A jelly roll pan is usually a 15″ x 10″ inch rimmed baking sheet, which is slightly smaller than a rimmed half sheet cake pan which is 12″ x 18″.  Did you know there was a difference? I actually never noticed until recently. I ordered jelly roll pan on Amazon and it is perfect for my favorite sheet cake recipes.

    3. I found your recipe through the SuperCook app on a blizzardy weekend. With a bad chocolate craving and no ability to make it to the store, I needed a recipe with no milk. It is hands down the best Texas sheet cake I’ve ever tasted. I never leave comments, but this cake is worth the effort. It might be one of the best cakes I’ve ever made.
