It seems like every baby shower, wedding or birthday party has to have a punch bowl filled with Sherbet Punch. Our pink sherbet punch includes fruit punch and pineapple juice for a tropical twist that everyone will love. Serve it spiked or skip the vodka for a kid friendly option.

  • Add the pineapple juice, Hawaiian Punch and Vodka. Next, add the ginger ale.

Notes and Tips

Chill the pineapple juice, Hawaiian Punch, vodka and ginger ale ahead of time before making the punch.

For a Kid Friendly Sherbet Punch: Skip the vodka, add additional ginger ale.

Substitutions: Use any flavor of sherbet: orange, rainbow or lime. Sprite can be used in place of the Ginger Ale. Light rum can be substituted for the vodka if preferred.

Double recipe as needed.

Make Ahead: Mix the punch up ahead of time and place in the freezer in a zip top bag. Thaw and mix well before serving. Leftover punch can be frozen up to 3 months.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple sherbet plus more for serving
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups Hawaiian Punch Fruit Juicy Red
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 2 cups Ginger Ale

Instructions

  • Scoop into a pitcher or punch bowl. 
  • Add the pineapple juice, Hawaiian Punch and Vodka. Next, add the ginger ale. 
  • Use a stick blender or whisk to blend the punch. 
  • Serve immediately with additional pineapple sherbet if desired.
