- Sour Cream
- Cheddar Cheese – shredded

- Pineapple – well-drained, finely chopped

- Cook the bacon until crisp, drain on paper towels. Crumble into small pieces.

- Mix the filling – In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper. Fold in shredded cheddar, bacon, diced ham, bell pepper, green onion and pineapple,



- Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla, going almost to the edges.
- Roll up tightly and wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight to firm up.


- Slice and serve – Unwrap, cut into 1-inch slices, and arrange on a platter.

Hawaiian Tortilla Roll Ups
Ingredients
- 6 slices Petit Jean Meats Bacon cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup Petit Jean Meats Ham diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup bell peppers diced
- ½ cup green onions sliced thin
- ½ cup pineapple chunks diced
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 flour tortillas 10 inch
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in shredded cheddar, bacon, diced ham, bell pepper, green onion and pineapple.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla going almost to the edges.
- Roll up tightly and wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap.
- Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight to firm up.
- Unwrap each tortilla, cut into 1-inch slices using a serrated knife.
- Arrange on a platter to serve.

Looks great! My first thought after seeing Hawaiian in the recipe title and checking out the ingredients, was – substitute Spam for the ham. I’m not Hawaiian but I know the history of Spam in Hawaii. And I really like Spam, fried of course. I’m going to make this one with Spam.
