Hawaiian Tortilla Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 6 slices Petit Jean Meats Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup Petit Jean Meats Ham diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup bell peppers diced
  • ½ cup green onions sliced thin
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks diced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 flour tortillas 10 inch

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Fold in shredded cheddar, bacon, diced ham, bell pepper, green onion and pineapple.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla going almost to the edges.
  • Roll up tightly and wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight to firm up.
  • Unwrap each tortilla, cut into 1-inch slices using a serrated knife.
  • Arrange on a platter to serve.

Notes

  • Make ahead: Roll ups can be made a day in advance and sliced just before serving.
  • Add a kick: Stir in a pinch of crushed red pepper or jalapeños for a spicy twist.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
