- 6 slices Petit Jean Meats Bacon cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup Petit Jean Meats Ham diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup bell peppers diced
- ½ cup green onions sliced thin
- ½ cup pineapple chunks diced
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 flour tortillas 10 inch
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Fold in shredded cheddar, bacon, diced ham, bell pepper, green onion and pineapple.
Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla going almost to the edges.
Roll up tightly and wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap.
Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight to firm up.
Unwrap each tortilla, cut into 1-inch slices using a serrated knife.
Arrange on a platter to serve.
- Make ahead: Roll ups can be made a day in advance and sliced just before serving.
- Add a kick: Stir in a pinch of crushed red pepper or jalapeños for a spicy twist.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
