  1. Drain clams, reserving juice for another use such as clam chowder.
  2. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire Sauce, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper to a bowl, stir to combine.

Ingredients

  • 2 6.5 ounce cans Minced Clams
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Drain clams, reserving juice for another use.
  • Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
  • Stir in drained clams and parsley.
  • Cover and refrigerate one hour or until ready to serve.
