I'm not sure how it is already Sunday again! It seems like last week just blew by. I spent a lot of time in the garden last week and I have yellow squash running out my ears. I'm anxiously awaiting those garden fresh tomatoes!
We also spent a little time picking wild blackberries, so be on the lookout for even more blackberry recipes in the coming weeks. The weather has been more mild this year and we have had lots of rain so the wild blackberries are plentiful. This makes me very, very happy!
This week's menu is packed with amazing recipes! I have an Instant Pot on my want list and the hamburger stroganoff will likely be the first recipe I try when I finally get one added to my Amazon cart! Do you have one in your kitchen? If so I'd love to hear what you think about it!
