Cinnamon Toast Waffles
Cinnamon Toast Waffles are what happen when buttery cinnamon toast meets a waffle iron. They are crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, and filled with warm brown sugar cinnamon flavor. This is the kind of quick breakfast that feels special but takes almost no effort.

I grew up eating cinnamon toast for breakfast or anytime I needed a sweet snack and I’ve made it for my kids a million times. After making Croffles – crescent dough waffles, I realized it might be a great hack for making my favorite cinnamon toast even better. Best idea ever!
