How to Make Barbecue Chicken Wings:

  1. Preheat grill to 350 degrees. 
  2. We used an offset fire with hickory for smoke flavor. 
  3. Pat wings dry with paper towels.
  4. Grill wings, turning occasionally to brown on all sides.
  5. Using a meat thermometer, cook until wings reach 165°.
  6. Brush with barbecue sauce and continue to cook 5 minutes. 
  7. Serve immediately.

Can You Bake Barbecue Chicken Wings?

If you aren’t up for grilling you can totally bake your wings in the oven. Bake at 400° for about 20-25 minutes brushing with barbecue sauce and baking for an additional five minutes. Make sure internal temperature is at 165°.
