Whipped Feta Spread with Lemon, Garlic and Rosemary is a tasty appetizer for your next party or holiday celebrations.  Today we are celebrating the blessed arrival of a sweet little baby boy!

Main Dish

Whipped Feta Spread with Lemon, Garlic and Rosemary
  • 6 oz Feta crumbles
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • lemon zest and fresh rosemary for garnish
  • Toast rounds for serving or dipping veggies if you prefer.
  1. Add Feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper to an electric mixer bowl or food processor. Whip or process until smooth.
  2. Spread onto toast rounds and garnish with lemon zest and rosemary.
  3. Or spoon into a pretty bowl, garnish lemon zest and rosemary and serve with carrots, celery, broccoli or your favorite dipping veggies.
