When we have get togethers I like to have special drinks that the kids and adults will both enjoy.  These Strawberry Mango Coolers just fit the bill.  Sweet and refreshing and just perfect on a hot summer day. You might also like these delicious Italian Cream Sodas for an easy treat.

Ingredients for Strawberry Mango Punch

  • Fresh Strawberries – frozen strawberries can also be used.
  • Fresh Mango – frozen mango can also be used
  • Honey
  • Mango Orange Juice or Plain Orange Juice – I usually go with store-bought but fresh squeezed orange juice works too.
  • Ice
  • Sprite – Use Sprite Zero or club soda if you would like to skip the sugar.

How to Make Strawberry Mango Coolers

  1. Add strawberries, mango, honey and orange juice to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Fill glasses with ice and pour about ⅓ cup of strawberry mango mixture over ice.
  3. Top with Sprite or club soda and stir to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.

  • Storage: The strawberry mango mixture can be made ahead and refrigerated 1-2 days or frozen up to 3 months in an airtight freezer container.
  • Occasions: Make these easy fruit drinks for Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, summer parties, 4th of July parties or any celebration. It’s also great for baby showers, wedding showers or birthday parties.
  • Variations: Frozen or fresh fruit will work for this recipe. Peaches can be substituted for mangoes if desired.

      The strawberry- mango mix can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 days, it’s best to add the sprite right before serving. I hope that helps.
