Orange Pomegranate Moscato Cocktail for this month’s Progressive Eats Dinner! It’s a cocktail party!
I have about eleventy-seven things to celebrate and be thankful for. Life is busier than ever and exciting things are happening for my life, my family and my business. So this is the perfect time to say cheers and offer up a fabulous cocktail that is perfect for holiday entertaining!
I spent the weekend at the Chopped Conference in Kansas City and I hope to share all about it very soon. It was my first conference and totally an amazing experience.
While I was gone, I got several messages that my site is not working correctly. I hope to have this all fixed ASAP. I’m much better in the kitchen than working out behind the scenes blog issues. So please bear with me and I should have things working and improved this week. I will be extending all of the current giveaways due to the crazy issues. Thanks for your patience!
Now, lets get down to business about these cocktails. My summer Strawberry Wine Punch is such a hit that I thought I needed a holiday version. I used Moscato wine, orange juice and pomegranate juice with a splash of Sprite. Easy, easy, easy.
- Pepper Jelly Bites
- Smoked Salmon Roses with Endive and Creme Fraiche
- Spanish Style Garlic Shrimp
- Pepper Jelly and Brie Phyllo Cups
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Moscato Wine
- 24 oz (or 2 -12 oz cans) Sprite
- 16 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 6 oz Orange Juice
- Orange slices for garnish
- Mix Moscato, Sprite, Pomegranate and Orange Juice together in a pitcher. Serve over ice and garnish with an orange slice.
