How to Make Watermelon Salad:

  1. Dice watermelon, quarter strawberries and dice pineapple.
  2. Place fruit in a serving bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk olive oil and lime juice together and drizzle over fruit.
  4. Sprinkle with feta and fresh mint.

If you are making this ahead, just cut up your fruit keep covered in the refrigerator. When you are ready to serve, drizzle the dressing over and sprinkle with feta and mint.

Fresh watermelon is one of the best parts of summer. It’s so cool and refreshing and hard to beat on a hot summer day. An Easy Watermelon Salad is guaranteed to please the crowd.

You can use a melon baller to scoop the watermelon into perfect balls for this salad if you have the patience. I do not. You can also scoop out half of the watermelon and use the rind as a bowl. It makes a great presentation for summer parties.

  1. Hi I want to make this but have a few questions- Can you use already cut up watermelon and can you use canned pineapple Let me know!

    1. Hi Kelly,
Already cut up watermelon and canned pineapple will work just fine. I would drain the pineapple well. I hope you enjoy it.
