Hello July! I’m am really looking forward to the fireworks and festivities this week. We always drive out to the Choctaw Casino where they put on an amazing fireworks show the night before and then we will have a big cookout, pool party and fireworks on the ranch on the fourth.

 
I picked up a giant brisket to smoke and we will have all of the good stuff to go along with it. I still have to pick up a watermelon and the stuff for homemade ice cream and we should be set. I’m drooling just thinking about it all.
