Matt from Thyme in Our Kitchen has Avocado Egg Rolls with Cilantro Dipping Sauce.  I have a thing for egg rolls and can’t wait to try these!

Vanessa from the Groovy Foody has Dark Chocolate, Coconut Butter and Avocado Pudding.  I can imagine how silky smooth and rich this must be!
