Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or Dutch oven to 400°F. Fry the breaded shrimp in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. While the shrimp cooks, steam or microwave the broccoli until just tender.
Make a batch of Coconut Rice
Spoon coconut rice into bowls and top with broccoli and crispy shrimp.
Drizzle Hot Honey generously over the shrimp before serving.
