Virgin Peach & Raspberry Bellinis are a sweet summer mocktail perfect for parties!

** Miss in the KitchenI am so excited to be part of a little Italian inspired baby shower today for my good friend Aggie of Aggie’s Kitchen.  Aggie and her husband will be welcoming a sweet little boy into their beautiful family this fall.

Virgin Peach & Raspberry Bellinis
  • 1 cup fresh sliced peaches (peeled and pit removed)
  • 2 cups peach juice (I used Minute Maid)
  • 2 cups club soda
  • 1 pint raspberries for garnish
  • fresh mint for garnish
  • ice
  1. Add sliced peaches and peach juice to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Add club soda and blend for a few seconds just until mixture comes together.
  2. Pour over ice and garnish with raspberries.
