Ingredients

  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple 20 oz, do not drain
  • 1 can Sliced Peaches in heavy syrup 29 oz, do not drain
  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • Vanilla Ice Cream for serving if desired

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Pour peaches and crushed pineapple with juice into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle dry cake mix over fruit in an even layer.
  • Melt butter and drizzle all over the top.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar over the top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until filling is bubbly around the edges and the top is golden brown.
  • Cool about 20 minutes before serving.
  • Top with vanilla ice cream if desired.

Notes

Store cooled cake, covered with plastic wrap 1 - 2 days. Cake may be refrigerated up to 3 days.
