- 2 pizza dough homemade or store bought
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 3 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 jalapenos sliced
- 1 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
- ¼ cup hot honey
Preheat oven to 450°F. Drizzle 2 pizza pans with olive oil.
Divide pizza dough in half. Roll out the pizza dough and press into the greased pizza pans.
Make the cream cheese base: In a mixig bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, granulated garlic, salt and pepper. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread half of the mixture evenly over each pizza dough.
Add the toppings: Sprinkle each pizza with shredded cheddar cheese, sliced jalapeños and crumbled bacon.
Bake each pizza for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Drizzle with hot honey right before serving.
