- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- pinch of ground chile flakes or red pepper
In a bowl, add mayonnaise, olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, parmesan cheese, basil, thyme, ground rosemary, salt, pepper and ground chile flakes.
Whisk together until smooth.
Pour into a jar or small pitcher to serve immediately.
Store dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks. Stir before using.
