Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • pinch of ground chile flakes or red pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add mayonnaise, olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, parmesan cheese, basil, thyme, ground rosemary, salt, pepper and ground chile flakes.
  • Whisk together until smooth.
  • Pour into a jar or small pitcher to serve immediately.
  • Store dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks. Stir before using.
