Clam Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 6.5 ounce cans Minced Clams
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Drain clams, reserving juice for another use.
  • Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
  • Stir in drained clams and parsley.
  • Cover and refrigerate one hour or until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Serving Suggestions: Potato chips, crackers, tortilla chips, raw vegetables.
  • Add-Ins: Hot sauce, fresh lemon juice, old bay seasoning, and fresh dill all make great additions for this creamy dip. 
  • Cream Cheese: If you are not a fan of mayonnaise, softened cream cheese can be mixed with the sour cream. 
  • Storage: Store clam dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
