Pumpkin Spice Mudslide is the ultimate fall dessert cocktail that is made with 3 ingredients. A tasty fall spin on a classic, this version is made with black spiced rum, coffee liqueur and pumpkin spice cream.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Captain Morgan Black Spiced Rum
  • 3 ounces Colorado Cream Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
  • 3 ounces Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 cup sweetened whipped cream for garnish
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice for garnish

Instructions

  • Add black spiced rum to a cocktail shaker.
  • Next, add the pumpkin spice cream.
  • Add, Kahlua.
  • Fill the shaker with ice.
  • Add the top of the shaker and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into cocktail glasses.
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.

Notes

  • Make it Frozen: Use a blender and add 2 cups ice, blending until smooth. Pour into cocktail glasses and top with whipped cream and pumpkin spice.
  • Liquor: If you can’t find the Cream Pumpkin Spice liqueur, use Baileys Irish Cream and add in a 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice to the cocktail shaker. Vodka can be used in place of the rum if that is what you have.
