Storage: Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week.
Freeze: Freeze cookie dough balls in a single layer on a lined baking sheet for 2 hours. Place in a freezer bag and freeze up to 3 months.
Freeze baked cookies with parchment in between layers in a freezer bag up to 3 months.
Fold in 2 cups chocolate chips and/or 1 cup chopped nuts if desired to the dough before baking.
