Easy Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Easy Honey Garlic Pork Chops are a quick and easy meal that is a real family pleaser. Grilled boneless pork chops are topped with a quick and easy honey garlic sauce for the most flavorful pork chops!

Ingredients

  • 4 thick cut boneless pork chops
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt divided
  • 2 teaspoons coarse ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Prepare a grill fire to 350°.
  • Dry the pork chops with paper towels. Season with 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt and 2 teaspoons pepper.
  • Make the sauce in a small pan by combining honey, brown sugar, water, garlic, smoked paprika and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
  • Cook over medium-low heat, whisking continually until sugar is melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Cook the pork chops over indirect fire with the grill closed for 5 minutes.
  • Flip the pork chops and continue to cook another 10 -15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145° using a digital meat thermometer.
  • Remove from grill and rest 5 minutes before serving.
  • Reheat the sauce if needed over low heat.
  • Drizzle pork chops with honey garlic sauce and serve immediately.

Stove top or Oven Method:

  • Pork chops can be cooked on the stovetop in a skillet coated with olive oil over medium heat, flip after 7 minutes and continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 145°. 
  • To bake, place on a greased baking sheet, bake at 375° for 15- 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°.

How to Store and Reheat:

  • Store pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
  • Store honey garlic sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
  • Reheat sliced pork chops in a skillet coated in olive oil over medium heat, stirring until heated through.
  • To reheat honey garlic sauce, add to a small saucepan and cook over low heat, whisking until heated through. If sauce needs to be thinned, add 1 tablespoon water and whisk to combine.
