- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice about 1/2 lime
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 14 oz slaw mix shredded cabbage and carrots
In a large bowl add mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk together.
Add cilantro and slaw mix.
Mix until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Storage: Store coleslaw in an airtight container up to 3 days.
Variations: Add 1/2 cup sliced green onions with the cilantro for onion flavor.
