Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice about 1/2 lime
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 14 oz slaw mix shredded cabbage and carrots

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk together.
  • Add cilantro and slaw mix.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

Notes

Storage: Store coleslaw in an airtight container up to 3 days.
Variations: Add 1/2 cup sliced green onions with the cilantro for onion flavor.
